Garden Corps

Join us this spring at Waltham Fields Community Farm! Saturday mornings May-June, youth ages 13-18, will participate in work in our Learning Garden, and will learn about all stages of the food system, from garden design to planting and harvesting, to assisting with our educational programs. All sessions take place outdoors, rain or shine! Please wear closed-toed shoes, bring sun protection (sunscreen, a hat), a reusable water bottle, and rain gear if necessary.  

This program is considered volunteer work, and may fulfill 20+hrs of community service requirements for various schools and other organizations. Please contact the Manager of Education & Community Outreach Programs for more information.
