The Hospital Chaplaincy Task Force (HCTF) invites all clergy and laity who have an interest in providing spiritual care to people in need to join Task Force members for a consultation about your loves, concerns and hopes for diocesan-wide chaplaincy ministry to those in need of spiritual care.
The HCTF has two tasks. Members are to gauge the level of interest across the diocese for this ministry in hospitals, seniors residences, extended care facilities, correctional facilities and other appropriate places where acute and residential care is given.
With an affirmation of interest, the second task of HCTF is to make recommendations to Diocesan Council through MMD how the chaplaincy ministry could be implemented.

Individuals with a heart for this ministry are asked to come and share their loves, concerns and dreams about a renewal of spiritual care chaplaincy across the diocese. Both clergy and laity are invited to participate. There is no charge for attending this consultation.
