You are invited to see our state legislature in action on Thursday, January 28, 2016 with current LFI class members and alumni. The trip includes Bus transportation from Fairfax to the Virginia State Capitol in Richmond, breakfast and lunch, opportunities to attend committee meetings and the general assembly open sessions, and visit with our local elected officials.

Registration is required for this event, as space is limited. Current class members have priority, to support their education.

Guests may be invited for a small fee, if space allows.

Enjoy refreshments in the afternoon on the ride home!

Tentative schedule:

6:30 am - Arrival and breakfast at Reston Town Center

7:00 am - All Aboard/Departure for Richmond

7:30 am - Second pick-up at Route 123 and I-95 Commuter lot, corner of Route 123 and Gordon Boulevard, Occoquan.

9:30 am - Arrival in Richmond at General Assembly building

3:00 -3:15 pm - Board buses for return trip

5:00 pm - Drop off at Commuter Lot, Occoquan

5:30 pm - Return to Reston Town Center
