Democratizing the DBQ: 
Helping ALL students to Read, Think and Write in ELA and History.

For over a decade, The DBQ Project has promoted rigorous reading and writing instruction for all students, not just those in advanced classes. This interactive workshop will guide participants through a 6-step method which aligns with Common Core standards in Reading and Writing as well as the C3 Framework. ELA and Social Studies teachers of 4th-12th grade are encouraged to attend. All participants will receive a sample unit from The DBQ Project materials.
