2016 Vermont Family Network Annual Conference - Transition Strand Registration 

This year’s conference theme is “Transitions on the Journey” and Susan Yuan will be the keynote speaker. Our day-long conference hosts more than 300 attendees and 35 exhibitors and features 14 workshops geared to helping families who have children with special needs.

This year, VFN will be hosting a special strand for transition-age youth. Students registering for this strand will pay a registration fee of $20 to attend all three transition workshops (workshop #4, 9, and 14). Registration for these workshops is limited and attendees will be accepted on a first come, first served basis with transition-age youth taking priority. If you are not transition-age or would prefer to attend only part of the strand, your registration fee will be the same as previous years, and you will need to register through the below link instead. Register for non-transition strand workshops now.
