TJ Crane with Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt

TJ is an attorney with substantial AmLaw 50 law firm experience and in-house experience at a Fortune 15 tech company. TJ's work includes public and private mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, divestitures, investments and auctions, with transaction values ranging from $100 thousand to $20 billion. His focus is on sophisticated technology transactions with prior experience in commercial and defense satellite procurement. He is experienced at drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts that are tailored to meet each client's individual goals and objectives, including licensing agreements, purchase agreements, service agreements, and distribution agreements. TJ also provides general corporate governance advice to clients regarding ownership rights and responsibilities, director/officer responsibilities, and strategic planning.

 TJ has represented clients in a number of regulated industries, with particular emphasis in satellites, telecommunications and new media, defense and government contracts, and technology. He has represented clients in negotiating satellite manufacturing contracts, launch services agreements, and insurance placement for billion-dollar satellite and communications systems.
