The QAR process can be a scary process if you don't know what to expect, how to get started or which option to choose (a full QAR or a self-assessment with independent validation).
Fowler & Company has created the QAR Self-Assessment Boot Camp to help you. Join us in Richmond on March 10-11 for this one of a kind event.
This is not just a "theoretical" training exercise. Although we will go through the theory, this will be a real working training session. We will send out a request list of items to bring with you from your company prior to the training. Then we will literally take you step by step through the self-assessment process using the manual from the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). We will review "SR03-5" letter on Internal Audit to make sure you are meeting all of the regulatory guidelines as well. Finally, we will go through the documents you already have and create/give you samples for any that you don't have. Throughout the program you will network with your peers to find solutions and suggestions for improvement.
Not only can you earn 16 CPE credits, but you will walk away knowing exactly where you are and what else needs to be finalized to complete your QAR self-assessment.
Then all you have to do is book your independent validation and you are all set. Discounts on an independent validation will be available for attendees after the program.
