Nothing can be more important to your business than growing a strong base of loyal customers. Learn proven techniques to acquire your customers as well as keep them for the long term. It is always cheaper to keep a customer than to find a new one.

This workshop explore ways that you can grow your customer base as well as how you can keep them coming back to you as a preferred supplier. We will discuss the reasons that customers leave to find another vendor and what you can do to prevent this from happening. Bob Wilson, retired CEO of a major advertising & marketing company, will lead this workshop.

The workshop will also include a special presentation by Danna Crawford, an Authorized Local Expert of Constant Contact, who will describe various ways to leverage social media to maximize customer retention.

Pre-registration is required and there is a fee of $20 to attend this workshop. But you are encouraged to bring a guest with you for free.
