For nearly 25 years, he was the founder and CEO of Chrysalis Consulting, Inc, a highly successful Organizational Effectiveness firm, specializing in Strategic Planning, Visioning, and Executive Coaching. In that time, he travelled the globe, working with the most successful companies in the world, including: Texas Instruments, Motorola, General Electric. Raytheon, Allied Signal, MasterCard, MTV and HBO, to name a few.
