A block of discounted rooms at the Biltmore are available. Hotel information will be sent once registration has been confirmed. Reservations must be made before 5PM PST on January 29, 2016 in order to receive discount.

Cancellation policy for workshop: Full refund will be granted to cancellation notices received 48 hours in advance of the workshop. Half of the workshop fee will be refunded 24-47 hours in advance of workshop. No refunds granted thereafter.

Registration will close on Thursday, February 11th at midnight. We cannot accept walkins for this event.
