Builder Partnerships will award the Employer Of Choice Award for Home Builders in 2017 to recognize builders who have demonstrated leadership in their management of relationships with their employees.
The Employer of Choice Award (EOC) Award for Home Builders was created to provide builders with third-party validation and certification from a credible source to demonstrate their commitment to excellence in establishing a positive working environment for their employees. Recipients will receive recognition at the Builder Partnerships Networking Reception on the evening prior to the 2017 International Builder Show / Construction Week. Awards will be presented at the 2017 Executive Summit.
This award does more than offer recognition to quality builders; it provides builders with an economical and reliable third-party verification of their commitment to excellence in supporting their employees and working within their local market. At a time when labor is becoming more and more scarce, this is something every builder can use.
And every builder member is eligible for this program regardless of size or location, which differentiates it from other award programs.
There are no rankings. Builders either achieve 'Employer of Choice' status or they don’t, and their comparison to other builders is only against the measurement.
