Colorado Transforming Clinical Practices Initiative Learning and Networking Event

Join us for a learning and networking event co-hosted by the American Medical Association and the Colorado Medical Society to hear from state and national leaders in health care reform. We will focus on the impact of the MACRA legislation and how a new federal initiative, TCPi, can help.

The TCPi model will assist ALL PHYSICIANS -- primary care physicians and specialists -- in improving how care is delivered by providing practice support to adopt a culture of quality and process improvement. TCPi will build on and spread proven change management methodologies and practice redesign tools to ensure health systems and providers can be successful in value-based payment models.

Please register via the link below. For any questions please contact Chet Seward at CMS and for more information about TCPi, please contact Barbara Martin.
