Business Model Canvas FREE Half-day Strategy Workshop

The Berkshire Business Growth Hub Business Model Canvas workshops are designed for both individuals and teams; the Canvas is a strategic management tool that helps challenge and clarifies your businesses strategy. This is a facilitated workshop beneficial at any stage of the business life cycle from start up or early stage to established companies.

The Canvas looks at nine key areas of strategy: key partners, key activities, key resources, value proposition, customer relationships, channels, customer service, cost structures and revenue streams. Joshua Bicknell will explain the Business Model Canvas and this will be followed by an interactive faclitated session for you to work on your own business strategy.

The Business Model Canvas workshop runs from 9.00am until 12:30pm on 19 February.
