In addition to the juried arts and crafts show, the Sandwich Chamber will be assigning booth space to non-profits, information booths, food vendors and Chamber members.
You will be notified of your booth space, directions to event and set up reminders 2-3 weeks before the event date.
Your space can hold a 10x10 (maximum) EZ-up canopy and is limited to the length of that space. This year you may sign up for a (10x15ft) space for an extra $15.00. These spaces are limited and based on a first come first serve basis. Vendors MUST bring their own canopies, table & chairs along with proper weights for your canopies so they will not blow over in the wind.. Setup starts at 8:00 am and you are expected to be fully set up by 9:30 am. You are expected to keep your booth open until 4pm. We will not be providing electricity. Event organizers retain the right to decline applications for vendor space. For food items we are looking for vendors which complement rather than compete with the sandwiches in the Best Sandwich in Sandwich competition.
To sign up, fill out the registration form provided, pay online or print and enclose payment and mail to the Sandwich Chamber of Commerce. By submitting your information online your spot will be held until your booth is accepted or declined. If mailing in payment, your spot will be saved and confirmation letter will be emailed to you when payment arrives and check clears. Vendors must sign liability waiver and agree to the SandwichFest rules.
