Join Olympian Carolyn Murray, Senior Coach Bruce Regensburg and Senior Coach Dan Smith Sunday February 7th from 8:30am-1pm for a triathlon swim clinic at Saanich Commonwealth Pool.

Dan and Bruce have successfully coached athletes at all distances of triathlon, and both have raced Hawaii Ironman numerous times. Carolyn Murray brings her Beijing Olympic experience to her coaching approach.

The clinic will discuss different techniques of front crawl, common swimming errors and methods of improving your swim.

Improve your freestyle swim stroke! See what the coach sees with video feedback

Understand the various phases of the swim stroke and where improvements can be made. Be more confident in your triathlon swim and come out of the water with less fatigue. Swim faster with less effort!

One of the quickest ways to get faster in the water is to be able to break down your swim stroke into smaller, basic components. With video analysis you can actually see the areas where you are losing your catch in the water. Receive feedback on how to correct these errors.

Clinic Includes

  • Underwater Freestyle video capture followed by analysis on the big screen
  • On deck debriefing and how to plan your triathlon season
