The Effective Approaches for Clinical Success 

Turning Point is excited to host “Effective Approaches for Clinical Success,” a continuing education event in April, 2016. This two day event will help therapists learn clinical essentials on a number of topics including ethical dilemmas, positive therapeutic outcomes, advanced counseling for alcohol and drug addictions, and Trauma-informed care.

Presenters include Dr. Allen Berger of Loyola Marymount University, Dr. Jan Ligon of Georgia State University, Laura Mullis and Sam Marion of Turning Point Care Center, and UHS Patriot Support Program spokesman Herschel Walker.  Applications have been submitted for 14 CEUs including 5 in ethics.  Registration is $99 per day, or $189 for both days.  The event will be held at Southern Regional Technical College, in Moultrie, GA on April 14-15, 2016.
