SMPS SAN DIEGO'S MARKETING BOOT CAMP
Back in 2016 by Popular Demand!

Build upon skills introduced in our 2015 Boot Camps with two new dynamic presentations:
Capture Planning to Win and Proposal Best Practices.

Drawing on the philosophy of the ancient Chinese military strategist Sun Tzu in The Art of War, Shiloh Spriggs of AECOM will share winning strategies you can incorporate into your own battle plans for victory with her presentation: Capture Planning to Win!

The plan of attack is carried through with well crafted proposals, which Lori Moody of Moody and Associates will discuss during the second half of the workshop. Her presentation, Proposal Best Practices, will focus on developing a theme which is carried out through all sections of a proposal, from the executive summary, projects and resumes to the project approach narratives.

This half-day workshop provides "business battle training" for all levels of marketing and business development professionals -- coordinators, technical staff, business developers, marketing managers -- in short, to all those interested in learning or improving business development and proposal writing skills. Presented by leaders in the A/E/C industry, these workshops are designed as hands-on, interactive sessions to provide practical tips for bringing in more business by developing new clients and writing winning proposals!
