Leadership is an important component of charitable success and a topic that needs more discussion and exploration for fundraisers and non-profit professionals who are entering the roles of Manager, Director and Executive Director in philanthropic organizations across the country.  It is timely to talk about what Inspiring Leadership looks and feels like, so that we can begin to focus on developing these skills and successfully transition from fundraising superstars, to inspiring leaders.
