AHFA 2016 HOME/Housing Credit Application Workshop

Build your HOME and Housing Credit program expertise at a free multifamily housing seminar sponsored by the Alabama Housing Finance Authority.

This workshop is specifically designed for potential applicants.

Due to limited seating, reservations will be restricted to no more than two attendees per company.

The final day for registration is February 11, 2016.  

Discussion topics will focus on those related to applying for 2016 HOME funds and/or Housing Credits:

• Legislative Update
• Fair Housing Update and HUD's Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan
• AHFA HOME and Housing Credit Program Overview
• Significant Changes for 2016
• DMS Online Application Demonstration
• Undewriting, Construction Standards and Compliance Update

While attending this seminar is not mandatory, those who participate will receive additional points on each application they submit during the 2016 HOME and Housing Credit program funding cycle. You will receive a certificate of attendance to enclose with your applications via email.

HOME Builders Association of Alabama Winter Meeting

AHFA's HOME/Housing Credit Application Workshop is held in conjunction with the 2016 Winter Meeting of the Home Builders Association of Alabama.

All HBAA members are invited to attend this first statewide meeting of the year, which will feature a wide variety of council and committee meetings and educational sessions, as well as valuable networking time.
