Registration opens at 9:30 a.m. (light refreshments)
Registration: Fee $10.00 per person (includes lunch)
- Introduce small producers, rural agencies serving small businesses, and farm agencies to the requirements of businesses that purchase local food.
- Build a regional network of interested parties that allows connections across the ten-county region, a resource for more isolated communities.
- Introduce a program that is using produce “seconds” to provide both a training programfor adults and provide healthy meals for students.
- Introduce other local resources (CSA and Food Enterprise Center) to people across the region.
