The Benefits of a Mind at Ease

Evening talk by Senior Tergar Instructor Edwin Kelley.

Most meditation practices begin by learning how to rest our mind with present moment experience. In this talk senior Tergar instructor Edwin Kelley will demonstrate how the practice of stabilizing our mind is an important prerequisite for developing insight that leads to the recognition of our true nature.

These evenings include a period of meditation, a time to share informally with the community, a short talk by the instructor and a period of open discussion on how we are working with these aspects of our lives. The evening is open to all, beginners and experienced meditators alike, and is a great opportunity for us to delve deeper as a community into the richness of bringing meditation into our everyday lives.

A voucher for free parking will be emailed to registered attendees.

This public talk is freely offered by the Tergar community. We are deeply grateful to our community members, who generously offer their time, energy, and financial contributions to make this possible. If you would like to join the team and help us to offer the gift of meditation to the world, please email andi.tmsp@gmail.com to ask about volunteering, or click here to make a tax-deductible donation.
