Overview

The much-loved Rivers of Chocolate annual fundraiser for homeless services is now Home Sweet Home. The premier wine, sweets, and savories tasting event will be back on April 24, 2016 at the Jamison-Brown House and gardens of the Triton Museum of Art in Santa Clara. All proceeds will benefit HomeFirst Services of Santa Clara County.
