If you're looking for a new type styles lens to understand the 16 MBTI® based types, then join us on Saturday, March 12th, when Chris Montoya and Linda Berens introduce us to their new type model: Intentional Styles.
This presentation is applicable for all levels of Type knowledge.
Chris Montoya, M.A., is the co-developer of the Intentional Styles Type lens with colleague and type expert Linda Berens, Ph.D. Chris has a Masters of ARts in Organizational Learning and Instructional Technologies from the University of New Mexico. He is former Training Leadership for Bernalillo County Government, the largest local government entity in the state of New Mexico where he designed the training infrastucture and provided diverse training for all levels of staff. Chris has worked in private and public sectors. He has published through the Association of Psychological Type International (APTI) and he’s presented about Intentional Styles at the APTI International Conference. He has INFJ preferences.
Linda Berens, Ph.D. is an internationally recognized author, organizational consultant, and leading personality type theorist. She has over 30 years of experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations reach their potential. She developed the innovative and transformational Berens CORE Approach to facilitating self-leadership, leadership and teamwork. Linda is the developer of the Multiple Model Approach to using type, as well as the Interaction Styles and the Intentional Styles lenses that integrate with the 16 types. She is a coach to type practitioners around the world. Linda has INTP preferences.
