Hold Me Tight: Conversations for Connection
A One-Day Workshop for Therapists
and Their Partners

Saturday, March 5, 2016
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tulane School of Social Work

Hold Me Tight Couples Workshop is an educational and experiential one-day retreat designed to help couples build their relationship, overcome problematic patterns of interaction, strengthen connection and feel secure, valued, and loved.

In this one-day Hold Me Tight workshop, specially offered to therapists and their spouses or partners, we will utilize the most empirically supported marriage model in the world, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Pioneered by Dr. Sue Johnson and Dr. Les Greenberg, research studies have found that 70-75% of couples move from distress to recovery and 90% show significant improvements through the use of Emotionally Focused Therapy.

The Hold Me Tight program for couples was developed by Dr. Sue Johnson, award-winning founder of EFT and author of the book Hold Me Tight: Seven Conversations for a Lifetime of Love, and recently released Love Sense.

As therapists, we invest our energy helping our clients with their lives and relationships. We believe your own relationship is worth investing in.
