John A. Halpern is principal of the Minneapolis-based Halpern Law Firm, PLLC, which practices in the areas of creditors’ remedies litigation, post-judgment collection procedures, business liquidation receiverships, and representing the interests of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. He received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Minnesota.
