Clues and Cues - Basic Charitable Gift Planning Concepts You Can Use
If you are new to the area of gift planning or if you would like to sharpen your skills, we encourage you to attend the 15th Annual Planned Giving Workshop Series.
Topics: This practical, interactive course will teach you everything you need to know about setting up and running a planned giving program, including:
- Understanding basic planned giving vehicles
- Designing policies and procedures for a successful planned giving program
- Understanding essential tax concepts
- Identifying planned giving prospects
- Marketing your planned giving program
- Matching donors with planned giving vehicles

April 14 - Prequel
If you are totally new to planned giving or would like a refresher, we invite you to attend a “prequel” to the workshops. This will be an informal session where we will go over some basic terms and concepts that will be used during the workshops. These include: trusts, wills, probate, estate, marital property, estate tax, and more.

May 26 - Session 6
Wednesday, June 1 - Completion Celebration
There will be an informal "Completion Ceremony" with the presenters, participants and members of the PGC board. This is your chance to network with other participants and presenters and ask any questions you may still have about planned giving. Noon luncheon - location to be determined.
Cost: (cost includes the entire series - Prequel, Sessions 1-6 and Completion Celebration)
$20/Members of the Planned Giving Council of Eastern Wisconsin
$100/Non Members and includes one year’s Chapter membership. Once registered, an application will be emailed to you.
