2016 Building Communities Conference Booths & Sponsors
Welcome to the LRGV-AIA's Building Communities Conference, the most casual and fun venue for continuing education for design, planning, and construction professionals.
Booth placement is assigned on first paid basis.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued if LRGV-AIA receives a written cancellation notice by August 29. An administrative fee of $50 will be retained. From August 18 until September 8, cancellations are subject to a 30 percent penalty. Registration fees become non-refundable and non-transferable after September 6. Refunds will be processed after the conference. Please email refund requests to info@lrgvaia.org.
Seminars - Friday & Saturday, September 30 & October 1, 2016
Booth set-up is on Thursday, September 29th from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday, September 30th from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Full details will be sent to all paid exhibitors in mid-July.
Exhibit Hall Hours: Friday - 3:45 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.; Saturday - 11:15 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.

What: Pack your shorts and flip flops, bring your family and business associates with you and enjoy a fun-filled beach weekend while you market your products and services at the most enjoyable trade show in a relaxed South Texas Coast atmosphere.
The Exhibit Hall will be closed during all continuing education seminars, allowing all exhibitors an additional opportunity for networking and increasing face time with potential customers at no additional cost. As an exhibitor, you will have free of charge access to all educational seminars and social gatherings.

10’ x 10’ Booth Rental – includes pipe drape, table, two chairs, a 7" x 44" sign exhibiting your company name, and 2 complimentary booth participants; additional participants $50 each; listing in program.
Underwriter – includes credit for contributing $300 to conference expenses; listing in program.

Exhibitor registration includes entry into all seminars, Friday's Acme Lunch, ˇExpo Fiesta!, and Shrimp Boil. Each booth includes a table, two chairs, pipe and drape, a sign exhibiting your company name, and two complimentary booth participant passes. Take advantage of further networking opportunities by attending all seminars free of charge. Additional booth participants may register for a fee of $50 each.
