Institute for Responsible Housing Preservation Chicago Seminar - May 18-19, 2016 

Please join IRHP in Chicago on May 18-19! We'll be there a full day May 18 and a half day May 19 at the classic revival beaux-arts Blackstone Hotel, overlooking Grant/Millenium Park. Our agenda will be out shortly, but will be packed with up-to-the-minute information and the substance you've come to expect from IRHP: recent policy and staff development at HUD and on Capitol Hill with respect to preservation issues including RAD, changes in FY2016 Omnibus Appropriations bill, Section 8 renewal changes, RAP/Rent Supp renewals, use of residual receipts, HR 2482 legislation to remove limitations on distibutions for LIHPRHA deal and other emerging preservation trends.
