Laurie D Battaglia, MS-OD, ACC
A born connector, people magnet, gifted presenter, and calm, methodical coach, Laurie is CEO and Workplace Strategist of Aligned at Work™ in Scottsdale, AZ. Having spent 35+ years developing people in corporate environments, she works in tandem with her husband Joseph to coach, train, and consult with leaders who want to engage their team members and create happy and high performing workplaces.
A former Vice President for one of the nation’s largest banks, Laurie has led teams large and small. She has an MS in Organizational Development and Leadership from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and a BS in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University in PA. She works with experienced and emerging leaders to build engagement into their cultures and practices, and she specializes in building high performing teams. Laurie also coaches and trains women in the workplace as they navigate their unique challenges.
Joseph P Battaglia, ACC
Intuitive, observant, insightful, and passionate, Joe is on a mission to help heal relationship strains, fractures, and breakdowns. As Chief Relationship Officer for Aligned at Work™ in Scottsdale, he works with his wife Laurie to serve couples, individuals, leaders, and teams.
Before becoming a coach, Joe spent 35+ years in the field of nuclear medicine, observing people at their best, worst, and most vulnerable. His ability to calm people and create safe space is invaluable in his coaching and in working with professionals and teams. Joe is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and is active in the Phoenix Chapter.
