Beautiful, Inside and Out - A Beauty and Culinary Immersion 


Beauty is just as important on the inside as it is on the outside. Join Debra K, host of the Journey Into Wellbeing, the Spa at Griffin Gate and Chef Allison of Wild Thyme to learn skin care, artistic make-up tips and what to eat to be healthy.

 

Not only will you learn Exciting New Things...but everyone leaves with BEAUTIFUL SPARITUAL POLISHED NAILS and FREE GOODIES!!

Location:  We welcome you to Wild Thyme where we are always cooking up fun!  A warm and inviting state of the art kitchen with space for fun events!

Session 1:  Event welcome and kick-off with Debra K, Host of the Journey into Wellbeing.  She will share her top practices to feel beautiful, inside and out.  Prepare to be INSPIRED!

Session 2:  SPARITUAL GOLD polish changes.  Long lasting color that dries in less than ten minutes. Start your week with beautiful nails - DELISH!! Vegan nailcare


 

Session 3:  Experts from the Spa at Griffin Gate will provide the best advice for beautiful skin and how to achieve flawless beauty through makeup application.


Session 4:  Chef Allison will teach you how to eat clean in a fast paced world for a beautiful inside.  She will share her secrets on what to eat to decrease inflammation making you leaner and cleaner.
