Find something new to do this summer! Be part of Chicago City of Learning’s FREE bi-annual festival of doing and making, where young people and the adults who care about them can explore citywide opportunities.

Beginning at Noon, in the Maker Party filled with hands-on activities, youth can sample programs to meet every interest, including art, nature, design, gaming, building, robotics, aeronautics, forensics and more.

At 12:30 a special opportunity for middle school girls will be presented by Digital Youth Divas, a program connecting technology to fashion and dance.

The Teen-Only Lounge, curated by CCOL’s Youth Council and beginning at 1:00, will feature everything from computer science to Open Mic!

Participants of UpwithChi: Spring it Out can earn digital badges and win prizes like MLB tickets and iPad Minis. Avoid lines; pre-register now and show us your confirmation upon entrance.
