ASCE Geotechnical GET IT Conference 2016 

Geotechnical Engineering Technology and Information Trasfer (GET IT) event is here!

The ASCE TN Section Geotechnical Group is hosting a day-long conference titled: Geotechnical Engineering Technology and Information Transfer (GET IT).  Last May, over 75 GeoProfessionals “GOT IT” at the Inaugural Conference held in Nashville. There were three national speakers, four regional presentations and a geotechnical leadership roundtable moderated by GBA, The GeoProfessional Business Association. This year’s lineup looks to equal or surpass last year's event. 

This year's speakers will include Dr. Ken Stokoe II (Professor, UT Austin), Mr. Phil Sirles (Chief Geophysicist, Olson Geophysics), Mr. Kord Wissman (President, GeoPier and Geo-Institue President), Dr. Stephen Wright (Professor Emeritus, UT Austin), Mr. George Burke (Retired, Hayward Baker), Dr. Roy Borden (Professor, NC State) and Mr. Ed Wilson (Past-President ASFE).  Refer to Schedule and Program Infomration below for event details.
