Melorheostosis Association Conference 2016 

Join us for the 10th Melorheostosis Conference for a chance to meet and interact with other patients, doctors who have treated and are researching melo and listen to informative sessions about the disease.

The conference will be held Friday, October 14 - Sunday, October 16, 2016.  We will begin with a reception on Friday evening with light appetizers and cash bar.  Saturday will begin at 8:00 am with breakfast and sessions from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.  Sunday will begin at 8:00 am with breakfast and will end around 12:30 pm with boxed lunches for all to take with them.  Your registration fee includes breakfast and lunch Saturday and Sunday as well as dinner on Saturday night.

Hotel and Transportation

There is a hotel room block at the DoubleTree for Friday and Saturday nights.  Due to generous donations from the Melofund, Friday and Saturday nights will be covered for all attendees as part of the conference.  You must book your own room and tell them you are a part of the "Melorheostosis Conference" room block.  These two nights will be the only thing covered, you will still need to provide your credit card for any parking, incidentals or additional nights you may be staying.  Please call 1-507-281-8000 to book your room ASAP as this block will not be held after September 22nd.

Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 pm. 

The closest airports include the Rochester Municipal Airport (8 miles from hotel, approx 20 min drive) and the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (80 miles from hotel, approve 90 min drive)

Patient Case Studies

Patients who wish to participate in the case studies, please sign up at registration and feel free to bring your xrays, surgical reports and anything else you wish to share with the doctors with you.

Take advantage of early registration!!  For those who register before August 1st, your $200 per person deposit check will be returned to you once you attend the conference.  If you register after August 1st, we will keep your deposit check.
