This year we raise our glass to the
bravest person in the process - the Survivor
The Center is the beacon of hope many survivors need and the place where victims in the communities we serve take their first steps towards the courageous process of recovery. Through our free counseling, advocacy support and education programs, thousands of people can overcome the effects of abuse through love and acceptance.
To represent all survivors, we are honoring a woman who truly knows what it is to walk the road of recovery with The Center, Cora Delibertis, survivor of child sexual assault, advocate, and volunteer.
This year's event takes place:
Friday, April 29th
7-11pm
The Waters Edge at Giovanni's
Please join us for a fabulous seated dinner, and
a chance to bid on incredible auction items including a trip to Bermuda, a week in Cape Cod, sports tickets and so much more!
Be entertained by The Magic of Em and then
dance the night away with the Retro Express Band.
Program Schedule
7:00 Cocktails and Silent Auction
8:00 Dinner and Dancing
You will be tantalized with specialty cocktails from Spiked Seltzer and desserts by Sweet Lisa's Exquisite Cakes, as featured on Rachael Ray.
All proceeds from the event will go to support The Center’s crisis counseling, advocacy and education programs, serving the towns of Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan, Norwalk, Stamford, Weston, Westport and Wilton. Last year alone, The Center provided free and confidential crisis counseling to over 480 individuals and age appropriate prevention education programs to nearly 14,000 children and adults, helping move our communities closer to a world free from sexual violence. We are here every step of the way on the path to recovery, not just for survivors but for their families and loved ones as well.
