This event is open to the public, so we encourage you to invite guests. Advance reservations and payment of $40.00 per person are required. Registration closes on Monday, April 4th.

Citrus Chicken: Citrus marinated chicken breast topped with caramelized orange slices and orange glaze with wild rice blend
