The Meet Your Farmer Dinner Series is a wonderful way to really meet your local farmers!

Meet Your Farmer dinners consist of a locally sourced, gourmet meal hosted by and prepared by rotating local restaurants. During dinner you will be treated to a presentation by the evening's featured farmer.

SPORK has a reputation for creating dynamic global cuisine directly inspired by Chef Jeff's international travels. You will not leave disappointed.

About Gunpowder Roasting Ranch :  Our heritage pigs roam freely on our 10 acre organic pasture, fed a NON-GMO, Corn and Soy free diet, consisting of alfalfa, oats, barley, peas, pumpkin seeds, plaintain, sunflower seeds and kelp, custom made and locally harvested here in Oregon.

minced pork grilled green onion dumpling, smoked sesame, chili crisp,
double soup
Course 2
rice cake, pork belly, gochujang, kimchi, cucumber

Course 3
rice porridge, slow-poached egg, pork ball, grilled pork, fried pork,
crispy bits (shallot, garlic, rice stick), fish sauce, ginger, chili

 
Course 4
charred lettuce, grilled pork, miso, tofu, grilled green onion, green tomato

Course 5
roasted pork lettuce wraps, assorted pickles, assorted condiments (family style)

Course 6 
Dessert TBA, but guaranteed to be tantalizingly delicious
