Striving for 5 stars: Strategies to improve care in your home - Portland Metro 

Join Acumentra Health and your peers for the first in-person session for the Oregon Nursing Home Quality Care Collaborative. This is a valuable opportunity to collaborate with fellow nursing homes and identify effective strategies for improving your star rating by improving care in your nursing home.

If you were unable to attend the March 30 session in Springfield, please register and attend this event on April 13 in Portland.

Objectives:
This session will prepare participants to

1. Describe at least one benefit of collaborating with other Oregon nursing homes
2. Identify two strategies to improve your nursing home’s star rating
3.  Propose one strategy to improve pain management

Who should attend:   Members of the Oregon Nursing Home Quality Care Collaborative and their healthcare teams.

Continuing Education credit:  3.5 hours of CEU credit have been approved for nursing home administrators.
