Treasure Mapping:

A Mindful Soulful Journey

Saturday, May 7 from 10 am to 3 pm

Fee:  $40 (includes lunch and materials)

Engage in a personal exploration of significant and transformative experiences – the treasures  in your life -- through the use of colors, images and words.

Materials and lunch are included in the fee for the day.

With Treasure Mapping, a technique developed by spiritual director Westina Matthews, you will begin to unpack the complexity of the life experiences that have influenced who you have become today, and open you up to the possibilities and potentialities of who you might become tomorrow.

Spend a day in the company of your treasures, and learn how to release your own treasures within.

A contemplative spiritual director and retreat leader whose practice reflects contemplative living through “holy listening”, Westina Matthews is a graduate of the spiritual guidance program at Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation and has completed postdoctoral fellowships at Northwestern University, the University of Wisconsin Madison, and the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs at Harvard University. Westina is also a lay leader at Trinity Wall Street Episcopal Church in New York City.
