DCAC Quarterly Meeting: Tuesday, April 26th
Join us at the DCAC Quarterly Meeting on Tuesday, April 26th to hear Fulton County School Nurse Trish Vacarella, RN, CDE, describe the medical care that children with diabetes receive in Georgia Public Schools.
Free diabetes prevention and self-management education print materials will be available along with handouts on finding affordable health insurance, transitioning to Medicare, and resources for the uninsured.
Those in attendance are encouraged to share information about upcoming events and community resources during the announcements section of the meeting. Newcomers are especially welcome!
The entrance to the Library is located on the west side of the Fulton County Juvenile Justice Building. The meeting room is on the 1st floor, accessible by elevator.
