Mercy 5K Family Fitness Event 

Mercy Medical Center is sponsoring a 5K Family Fitness Event to help you jumpstart your path to a healthier you. The 1K Kid's Fun Run will begin at 8:30 a.m., followed by the Mercy 5K at 9 a.m. This event is open to the public, as well as Mercy colleagues, and includes an eight-week plan designed to prepare anyone to walk or run in the Mercy 5K.
