On April 14, 2016 at 6:00 pm, the Louisville Black Lawyers Association will hold its annual event honoring those in the legal community who have a history of distinguished legal service and who have exhibited a commitment to diversity within the legal field.  The keynote speaker at this year's event will be Daryl D. Parks*, Partner at Parks & Crump, LLC and Past Presdient of the National Bar Association.  Awardees to be honored during the ceremony include Laura Douglas, LG&E and KU Energy, LLC, Demetrius Holloway, Stites & Harbison, and Tanisha Hickerson, Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.  The event will also include a special recognition in memory of Judge Benjamin F. Shobe.
