About the Seminar
Once a contract with a supplier is up and running, how can you best use the mechanisms in the written contract to ensure the supply of goods and services - or a large part of the project - remains on track?
This seminar offers guidance on commonly encountered problems with a supplier's performance (such as delay or defective performance). It will suggest practical ways to hold a supplier to the terms of the contract, protect your position and explore tactics to limit the risks associated with a supplier's failure to perform their obligations.
