Career Exploration in the Elementary School, (PM) 7-19-16 

Speaker: Jennifer Pusateri, Program Consultant, Differentiated Learning Branch, KDE

Target Audience:   Elementary Guidance Counselors and Elementary Teachers

Description:   Kentucky has set the expectation for all students to be College and Career Ready.  For this to happen, schools will need to begin introducing career exploration in the elementary grades.  This session will explore strategies and specific career resources available to teach students about the world of work.

Please get permission from CKEC prior to video or audio recording a portion or all of a CKEC session. 

Please dress in layers as it can be difficult to adjust the temperature.

Attendance Policy:

If you register to attend a session, but find you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as early as possible. Space is limited and by canceling you will allow others to benefit from these highly qualified professional development opportunities. A fee could be assessed for no shows.

Districts will be notified of those who registered and did not attend or did not cancel prior to be session.
