Hub Training Seminar

Public to Public Contracting and New Contracting Models (including Teckal and Hamburg Scenarios)

Date: 6th July 2016 - MORNING SESSION

Hosted by the East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub, this event is FREE to NHS and public sector staff and will be led by leading law firm Hill Dickinson.

About the Seminar

The session will begin with an overview and refresher on the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and their implications and will go on to look in more detail at:

• Teckal contracting in practice
• Public to public contracting (in the style of Hamburg Waste)

Timings

The seminar will follow the approximate timings below:

9.30pm - Tea/coffee and registration

10am - Training starts

12.30pm - Training ends with sandwich lunch shared with attendees for the afternoon legal training session.
