Culture Change is about the transformation of older adult services where the voices of elders and those working with them are considered and respected.

The Maryland Culture Change Coalition is a dedicated Maryland group of nursing homes and assisted living providers, Ombudsman programs, service organizations and individuals. We have joined together to support the development of person-centered models of care in Maryland.

Join us for a conference on The Basics of Culture Change.
