Software, How to Quickly and Accurately Get the Answers You Need

This class is designed for those who have previously attended a Wall Bracing Class. This will be presented in the Rings End Computer Lab. The class size will be limited to the first 16 who sign up. This is a hands on class. Everyone will have a computer. We will run the free Simpson Braced Wall Length Calculator and the Strong-wall Bracing Selector Software. We will look at how it can help you solve wall bracing problems quickly by allowing you to make changes on the fly. We will also look at what happens when you just can’t get enough bracing to meet the code minimum. How do you specify the correct engineered solution including the anchorage to the concrete.
