She provides mentoring & coaching for youth to help them deal with real life issues. She brings unique insights to any event from her experiences working in the communication & public speaking fields, guiding youth as a teen coach, and competing as a national pageant competitor.

As a licensed Hair Stylist & Esthetician, Allison services Dee & Ariel on all public appearances and educates and empowers women to not only take proper care of their skin, but helps them create a look that will showcase their true beauty.

As the first & oldest daughter of Dee Collins, Allison began to discover her dunamis power on her journey as single mother. She discovered her gifts & talents of hairstyling and began studying at Paul Mitchell where she earned her license in Cosmetology & Esthetician.
