This workshop meets the criteria for Social Worker Continuing Education Contact Hours! It is the responsibility of the social worker to submit needed paperwork and documentation to the Maine Board of Social Worker Licensure in order to secure these Contact Hours.

If you register but are then unable to attend this workshop, a refund of the registration fee may be possible in some cases. To be eligible for a full refund, registrants must contact Consumers for Affordable Health Care to cancel at least two weeks before the event. If registrants cancel less than two weeks before the event, but more than 24 hours in advance, a partial refund may be possible. Failure to cancel more than 24 hours in advance will result in no refund of the registration fee. We appreciate your help in alerting us in a timely manner if you are unable to attend, as the final number of registrants affects location selection, materials preparation, and other time consuming preparatory work.
