EuroPris offers uniquely a place for ICT experts from a variety of European countries working in the prison and correctional services to meet, share knowledge and best practices and to discuss the challenges and solutions.
You will benefit from a number of advantages by attending the EuroPris ICT in Prisons Workshop:
As the event is co-financed by the Justice Program of the European Union there is NO CHARGE to attend the event. Registration is free and will be on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Participants will need to meet their own travel and accommodation costs. Participation is only open to public sector experts.
If you are interested to participate, please register until 10 June 2016. Register now as places are limited.
A reimbursement of a maximum of 500 Euro for travel and accommodation costs can be requested for participation of experts from EuroPris member jurisdictions. This reimbursement is limited to 500 Euro per EuroPris member – so, it can be for one or more experts, as long as the total cost claim does not exceed the 500 Euro per EuroPris member jurisdiction (not per participant!).
Submission of the boarding passes and invoices together with an expense declaration form to secretariat@europris.org after the workshop to EuroPris will be required in order to make the transfer.
