This third workshop in the Simple Steps for Growing Your Business series will cover important aspects of taking care of your business finances. Become master of your business finances. You'll learn how to use your financial statements to make better decisions, monitor your operations, how to manage your cash flow, how to use available financial information to make better "what if" decisions, and how to improve the operation of your accounting systems. This very practical course is taught by two CPAs who spent their careers helping managers and owners improve their profits and cash flow.
